A beautiful and easy bag, perfect for using at the beach or as a reusable shopping bag.
This bag is a quick make, the pattern comes with full colour photos and written instructions. The yarn used is a 100% cotton chunky cord, other macrame cords or chunky yarns will also be suitable.
This pattern is written in US crochet terms. The stitches required are double crochet, half-double crochet, single crochet, chain stitch and slip stitch.
The finished bag measures approximately 15” in width and up to 14" in depth (not including the straps) but if you do use different yarns and hook sizes, the size will vary.
Materials Needed: 8mm crochet hook 3 balls of Knitcraft's Return of the Mac - this is a 100% cotton cord yarn which is durable and sturdy. You can use other chunky yarns but the dimensions of the bag may alter Yarn Needle Replacement bag strap - these can be found easily on eBay, Amazon, etc
