This listing is a pdf download of the chart and pattern instructions to hand knit Sydney, this cute, smiling cat cushion cover. The instructions are given for a cushion cover which if knitted to the stated tensions, fits a 40cm cushion pad when slightly stretched (approx 2cm negative ease). It is knitted in three shades of DMC Woolly merino wool, a DK weight yarn (light worsted weight), using the double knitting technique for the picture panels. The chart is also suitable for the intarsia technique if preferred, however tension and yarn requirements may differ from the pattern if using this alternative colour work method. The remainder of the cushion is knitted in stocking stitch, rib and garter stitch.
