Traditional baby colors often elude me. Pale Pinks, Yellows and Blues are rarely in my stash...Babies enter the world with a bang, so this little cap is named with a Native American word, “Taima,” meaning “thunder.” It makes a loud statement in the Hospital Nursery! Inspired by a piece of fabric with Native American and Southwestern motifs, it turns ten small balls of bold colors, or maybe ten balls of muted colors; tonals; even neutrals, greys, black, white into a unique, quick knit gift.
