Tartanesque shawl is my latest pattern for the “Tartanesque” collection.
It includes all the motifs of the Tartanesque patterns, ie the crossing reverse stockinette stitches and the 2x2 ribbing. The motifs are explained by charts.
This shawl is worked from the top down, starting in the middle, and increasing to form a big triangle.
It measures 240 x 90 cm, so it is clearly enoug to wrap yourself in it. And if you work it in a merino/cashmere blend as I did, you will wrap yourself in softness and warmth.
You will need 4 skeins or about 850 meters of DK yarn.
