The Clarissa Hat - Companion Pattern To Cape and Mittens

The Clarissa Hat is an easy and interesting hat to knit. The hint of cables that circle the hat and the classic Stockinette stitch add a touch of elegance. It is neither a slouch nor a fitted hat making it perfect for dressy and casual attire. Design features include a cable hat band, perpendicular Stockinette stitching, and a slightly puffy top.

Three sizes are included.

Materials:
Approximately 120 yards of #4 worsted weight yarn
U.S. Size 9 16-inch circular needles or dpns
Stitch marker, cable needle

Gauge:
16 stitches x 22 rows = 4 inches by 4 inches

Measurements:
Small: 16-inch circumference
Medium: 18-inch circumference
Large: 20-inch circumference
