The Golden Hour- the time of daylight just after sunrise or before the sun sets- transforms the light and how you see a face, a tree, a mountain. To me, it's the best light.

You’ll work the cowl from the bottom up, in the round. Choose either a long-tail cast on or a double-start caston method. Pattern includes links to video tutorials for both of these cast ons. Work a set-up round in which you establish the ribbing and cable patterns and place markers. If you’re unfamiliar with cable stitches, check out the links to video tutorials for each of the two cable stitches used in the pattern.

I used Woolfolk’s Far Yarn, Color 27, (142 yards/130 m, 50 g). Two skeins required. Total yarn used: 96g

Gauge: 4” (10 cm) = 22 sts, 36 rnds in cable pattern chart AFTER blocking. Exact gauge is not critical, but it may affect your finished measurement and amount of yarn used.
