I have had the pleasure of visiting Paris, France on several occasions and consequently, the architecturally striking Louvre Museum where the famous painting “The Mona Lisa,” is housed. The museum looks like a glass pyramid rising from the underground through the plaza, with an angled glass pane façade. Or like a high rise building. Having grown up and lived half my life in England, this is something I envision to dress up an outfit for the city, whether it be London, Paris or New York. Or any occasion for that matter!
This is knit in Malabrigo “Rios” which has amazing color and exceptional stitch definition. The knit stitch pattern is one I created myself – modified from a smaller version of the textured square pattern and with some added techniques that help the stitches pop.
Suitable for an advanced beginner - intermediate knitting skills. The video will help explain the easy pattern.
