Penny is Dottie's younger sister. She's even more beginner friendly and completely seamless. Worked from the top down the instructions include information on how to make her into a T-shirt, long sleeved sweater or a full dress (with short or long sleeves). There is optional waist shaping and you can totally customize the length to your liking!
