Woven ShawlThis shawl is packed with texture and interest so there’s hardly a dull moment as you create a squishy cosy fabric utilizing both the Right and Wrong side produced with bands of Linen stitch, as well as twisted stitches, bobbles, cables and garter stripes, creating an almost olden world woven look, from another era but also timeless in its snuggly promise. It is a top-down DK weight triangular shawl, with regular increases at both sides and centre to create a slightly shallow triangle with a picot edging.Knitting skills & techniques used: Intermediate - Advanced: Casting on, binding off (with picot option), knitting, purling, slipping stitches purlwise, passing stitches over, Right & Left Twists, cables, & bobbles. It involves regular increasing by way of Knit 1 Front & Back and Make 1 Left & Make 1 Right.
