The hat is sized for newborn through adult. A headband option is also given. (The headband is best for the adult sizes because of the height of the stars.)
Make it in any yarn that knits at either 5 or 5.5 stitches per inch. Use cotton yarn to take the chill off a summer night, or use wool to celebrate all year long.
