The Thurston sweater is a raglan style sweater worked flat from the top down. The sleeves are added and completed after sweater body is complete.
Sweater sizes: The Thurston sweater is designed with a positive ease of approx. 3-5 inches. Circumference is measured with sweater folded flat on a table at chest.
Note: Pictured is size 6/7 with a positive ease of 5 inches on a 5.5 year old child.
The sample was made with Loops & Threads Cozy Wool. A suggested substitue yarn is shown below.
