Tofino Surfer
Tofino, BC is the place to surf and be seen on the western shore of Vancouver Island. The Tofino Surfer toque can be a simple beanie or slouchy hat or you can add all the bells and whistles: earflaps, tassels, and pompoms - whatever your groove is.
Yarn: Bulky weight (or DK weight held double)
*Beanie: *100 (120, 160, 180, 200) yds bulky weight yarn
Slouch: 120 (150, 180, 220, 240) yds bulky weight yarn
For DK weight, double the yardage shown above. To make earflaps, tassles and pompom requires 50 yds more (we used Berocco Vintage DK held double in ‘21106-Bubble’ and ‘21107-Pool Party’)
