Pony beads add even more glamour to a turban headband. This chunky-yarn beauty is scrunched together in the middle with a crocheted tab – either plain or beaded – or a yarn wrap.
Turband is worked in back-and-forth rows. The pattern includes a one-page photo tutorial on how to add beads as you go (instead of stringing them beforehand.)
The headband is designed with 4 in./5 cm of negative ease, and the fit is checked before the headband is seamed.
The pattern provides written instructions using U.S. crochet terms.
