Twas the Night Before Christmas Socks

In 2014 I started a video podcast, Little Bobbins Knits, sharing my knitting projects. I mentioned that I had a tradition of casting on a pair of socks each Christmas Eve. These socks would always carry the special memories of the festive season. I was thrilled when people who watched the podcast liked this idea and decided to adopt the tradition for themselves. It was so wonderful to see people joining in and sharing snippets of their celebrations and their newly cast on Christmas Eve socks. When I cast on my socks I love thinking about all of the other knitters across the world casting on their special Christmas Eve socks. We are now about to have the 4th Christmas Eve cast on and I am so excited about the lovely festive pictures people will share and to see the beautiful socks they will make with every stitch full of wonderful festive memories.
