This modern rectangular shawl has a beautiful tweed fair isle detail along each end and moss (seed) stitch border around the entire shawl.
The shawl is worked flat with 4mm (6US) needles in stockinette (knit on right side, purl on wrong side) except for the moss (seed) stitch border and the purl row between the tweed fair isle and plain center of the shawl.
The sample is knit with Willow & Lark, Nest, DK weight (69% wool, 11% cashmere, 20% tencel), 50 grams/115meters (125 yards), balls in: 7 Milk (201) (Colour A) and 2 Garnet (229) (Colour B)
There are endless potential great colour combinations that would suite this pattern!
