Knit this simple reversible scarf in a twisted rib stitch that is quick to work. The scarf has an optional twisted fringe with beads or crystals.
This scarf is quick to knit up, is fully reversible and will not curl up. The twisted fringe has a bead or crystal on each loop of the fringe.
The scarf is knitted from a single skein of lace or sock weight yarn. If you want a longer or wider scarf you can use two skeins and increase the number of stitches and rows.
If your yarn is less than 400m to 100gm you may need a second skein for the fringe.
The yarn used in the scarf illustrated is Madelinetosh Tosh Sock in Spectrum. This yarn is 360m for the 100gm skein so for the fringe I used a second skein. I have added Swarovski 4mm bicone crystals to the fringe in colours to complement this beautiful high quality yarn.
