A pair of rather spiffing wristlets / fingerless gloves / thingies. Ideal for tinkering with flying machines, adjusting one’s fob watch in the cold and for looking downright steam-punkerishly magnificent at all times.
Approx. 50g Aran or worsted weight yarn 5mm needles Trim & buttons
These can be adapted with different types of wool. I made these on straight needles and seamed them but they can be made in the round as the buttons are decorative rather than functional. The lace is sewn on by hand. Sewing skills not up to much? Not a problem! Plenty of photos to help, and this is a very forgiving pattern.

- Buttons are decorative rather than functional. Stretch lace works well, but any can be used (also ribbons, beads, bows etc!).
