We’re Making Waffles is an asymmetrical shawl that was designed in collaboration with Knits4Comfort yarns.
Alternating bands of garter stitch with a slipped stitch pattern creates an interesting textured knit. I’ve flipped the color dominance in the Waffle Stitch to create contrast.
he pattern is quick to knit and easy to follow. Tables are included in the pattern to keep track of your rows and stitch count.
The design uses three colors, one variegated and two solid or semi-solid colors. Sample was knit with Knits4Comfort Simple Sock Yarn (75% Merino Superwash, 25% Nylon), in the Sand & Shells Colorway. Each skein has 231 yards/50g.
