Designed by Irene Strange, Charlie is a lurcher pup full of bouncy energy! A warm scarf will keep him cozy on long walks in the countryside. FINISHED SIZE 15cm long when made with the indicated yarn. CONSTRUCTION The pup is made in pieces, sewn together at the end. The neck and body are made at the same time, starting with an oval shape, with decreases shaping the neck. Adjust the position of the head and paws to get your preferred pose. The pattern can be made in a variety of yarns, the sample is made in DK weight cotton. Adjust your hook as needed to match your yarn choice. YARN TIPS This pattern will work well in textured yarns - swap for a chenille type yarn to get a bigger cuddly toy. GAUGE Keep stitches close together amigurumi-style, so that no stuffing shows through the fabric - adjust your hook size to match your chosen yarn.
