This is a fairly simple but extremely fun toy to knit. It works up very quickly in thick yarn, and is easy to assemble. The finished toy is plump and cuddly, and bigger than it seems in the photos. The accessories are definitely worth a little extra knitting time, too. I even included instructions so you can knit the beret in the round, if you prefer.
Materials for Yeti and Sasquatch: 125 g of chunky weight yarn in white or brown (MC), 25 g of chunky weight yarn in light blue or tan (CC)
Materials for Satchel Bag: 30 g of worsted weight yarn
Materials for Beret: 25 g of worsted weight yarn
