Written pattern.
Comprising Swimming Suit (c. 1934) and Man’s Swimming Costume with Removable Top (mid 1930’s).
Materials Required: Swimming Suit - Size 19 (I mm/US size 00000) knitting needles, 25 metres/28 yards 1-ply yarn in main colour, 12.5 metres/14 yards 1-ply yarn in contrast colour, small safety pins or stitch holders. Swimming Costume with Removable top - Size 19 (I mm/US size 00000) knitting needles, 37.5 metres/42 yards 1-ply yarn, 10 cm/4-inch length 2 mm/⅛-inch ribbon (for belt), small buckle or 3 mm ring (jewellery findings are ideal), 3 miniature buttons or beads.
Finished sizes: approximately 7.5 cm/3-inches from shoulder to hem, 1½-inches/4 cm across chest.
Gauge – This is not important as dolls house dolls vary in size
