Valley Yarns’ Montaine Shawl is a decadent cashmere shawl worked in undulating bands of lace and seed stitch in a rich, mossy green. This triangular shawl is worked sideways, decreasing as you go, for a project that goes faster as you near the end. Valley Yarns Pocumtuck will delight you with its incredible softness and deep, heathery colours. The stitch patterns are charted and written out.
Finished Measurements: 58” wide on the longest side and 25” long at the deepest point
Yarn Requirements: 3 balls Valley Yarns Pocumtuck (100% Cashmere; 50g/165yds) shown in 011 Moss Green
Needles: US 7 (4.50mm)
Gauge: 18 sts and 28 rows = 4” in seed stitch
