Advent Calendar Tree Baubles

Christmas tree baubles that are really little fillable bags to use as a sort of advent calendar in the lead up to Christmas. Fill with sweets and novelties to give the wee ones (or grown-ups) 24 doses of fun! The baubles can be filled with toy filling after they have been opened and emptied, to make decorations for your tree. Two shapes to choose from, striped or plain. Use up your odd bits of sparkly yarn – round bauble takes 14 metres of yarn (4 of these can be contrast stripes); long pointed bauble takes 17 metres in total. Each bauble takes less than an hour to make. And you don't have to make them all before December – as long as you can finish one a day you're OK! Free pattern – Happy Christmas!
