Product Details

The sky is the limit with this basic, easily customizable piece.

It is knit seamlessly from the top-down, in one piece, beginning at the neck. The top of the yoke is worked back and forth while the neck shaping takes place, then the remainder of the yoke, body and sleeves are worked in the round. Stitches for the neck trim are picked up and knit at the end.

While the pattern is detailed for 6-row stripes in 2 colours, it could easily be made in a solid colour or a different stripe pattern. It is meant to be worn with some positive ease, but how much is entirely up to you. It has waist shaping, so it's shapely and flattering even if it's roomy. All in all, comfort and versatile knitting at its best!

The sample was knit in Elsebeth Lavold Hempathy. A substitute yarn is shown below.
