A snuggly textured design using a simple cable stitch to create a wonderfully cosy baby blanket.
*You will need approx. 300 grams of self striping or plain Aran baby yarn (I used Baby Cakes Aran by Cygnet yarns for the self striping effect)
*One pair of 7 mm UK size straight knitting needles and a 7 mm cable needle.
This is a very easy pattern with a simple cable stitch, ideal as an introduction to cable knitting.
Approx finished size of blanket 24 x 36 inches.
