Baby Set – PDF Knitting Pattern
Our Archie baby pattern contains knitting instructions for a cardigan and bootees.
This knitting pattern will fit a chest size approx 14” (approx age Newborn to 3 months).
The pattern is an easy knit and suitable for a beginner with some knitting experience of combinations of knit and purl stitches.
The yarn I used for this baby knitting pattern was a solid shade of King Cole Baby Safe DK. The complete outfit takes 1 x 100g balls. It will knit up in any DK yarn provided you check the tension. Please note this design works best with a solid colour due to the textured pattern. Patterns tend to get lost in variegated yarn.
You will also need 3.5mm and 4mm straight needles and 4 buttons.
