Product Details

When I first took calculus, it was shown that a curve could be explained with a number of thin rectangles, of different heights, next to each other - the area under the curve. And in knitting colourwork, you are doing exactly that...columns of knit sts stacked at different heights, forming thin rectangles that, when combined, appear to be curves or circles or big bunny ears!

This is a pattern for a stranded colourwork hat, worked in the round, and from the bottom up. The pattern includes the Ladderback/Invisible Jacquard technque and is a good beginer pattern to incorporate this into your colourwork toolbox.
