Product Details
This is a sweater with special rustic feel that combines best of both worlds of lace and cables.
Construction: Sweater is knitted in the round, bottom up to the armholes then split into front and back and knitted flat up to the neckline. The front panel includes big lacy cables, which require some skills to complete but without being too challenging. Neckline and shoulder drop are formed using short rows. Sleeves are picked up around armholes and worked fitted until ¾ length. These can easily be adapted to desired length.
Recommended ease of approx. 8-10cm / 3.25”-4” for body and approx. 5cm/2” for sleeves.
Gauge: 14 sts x 22 rows for 10cm x 10cm/4” x 4” in St st on 5 mm needles 25 sts x 22 rows for 10cm x 10cm / 4” x 4” in braid pattern on 5 mm needles
