Product Details

Sketch

A classic raglan jacket with an integrated fitted shawl collar, warm and resistant to frost and chills. Can be shaped for women or men. Choose from two working methods: (1) Select your prescribed size with a defined stitch gauge. (2) Or use the alteration instructions to personalise the pattern for your own stitch gauge, and for any adult body size and proportions.

Construction

Use a closely woven moss stitch. Working from the top downwards without seams, begin at the back of the neck and proceed in this order -- collar, yolk, body, edging, sleeves. Choose options for collar shaping and front overlap.

Features

Use the pattern as the basis for a unique personalised creation -- variegated yarn, textured stitches or mosaic tapestry.

Contents

- Prescribed pattern with row-by-row written instructions and stitching charts in fifteen adult sizes, to cater for makers with different tensions.

- Stepwise tutorial for pattern alteration, including sizing calculations and tabulated results.
