Product Details
The Aviaja hat is a one-size, feminine, cable-knitted hat. First, you will cast on stitches with an Italian cast-on, and then work in ribbing. The ribbing is later folded in half to create a neat edge. The work is then divided into cable sections, which consist of stockinette cables and braids. Lastly, decreases are worked at the top of the hat.

The Aviaja hat is onesize and has a circumference of around 49 cm (in the ribbing).
The ribbing is highly elastic, allowing the hat to fit a wide range of head sizes.
Knitting gauge
The Aviaja hat has a gauge of 10x10 cm on 15 sts x 22 r on 6 mm needles in stockinette stitch and 18 sts x 24 r on 5 mm needles in ribbing (the gauge should be measured when the ribbing lies flat and is not stretched).
