This adorable little Christmas beanie and baby mittens will make the perfect handmade festive gift for little ones!

Worked flat an seamed on single pointed needles for easy intarsia knitting. The knits shown here were knitted with Bergere De France Caline. The very popular Debbie Bliss Baby Cashmerino is also recommended for this beanie and mitts.

Beanie hat: 6-8lbs 0-3m 3-6m 6-12m 1-2 yrs 3-5 yrs

Push on mittens with no thumbs: 0-3m 3-6m 6-12m

If you are new to knitting and not quite ready to explore intarsia knitting, you could simply Swiss Darn/Duplicate Stitch the robins onto your knits afterwards.
