Body for a baby.
According to my pattern, you can make a cute body for your baby. Also, it will be a good gift for a grandson or nephew.
The presence of three rows of buttons will allow you to adjust the size. When your baby grows up, just fasten the straps on the top buttons
Pattern made out of gauge.
Materials: cotton or any yarn for kids 350-400 mt in 100g, weight fingering.
Yarn examples:
Blue body I made with Alpina sati yarn (100% cotton, 170m/50g, 186yds/1.76oz, fingering, 14wpi) and Alpina Organic (80% cotton, 20% linen, 170m/50g, 186yds/1.76oz.).
Grey body made with yarn Baby Cotton Yarn Art color 451, Baby Cotton Yarn color 452 (50% cotton, 50% acrylic, 165 m/50 g, 180yds, fingering, 14wpi).
Ideal Yarn Art 170m/50g, 186yds/1.76oz, fingering, 14wpi (cotton).
Hook sizes: 3-3.5 mm for the main pattern, 2.5mm for ribbing. Choose a hook size that is suitable for your yarn.
Additionally: 2 knitting markers, 6 buttons with a diameter of 1-1.5cm (0.4-0.6’’).
