I have imagined a cardigan, which could be worn for a snack in a field, among flowers. A light cardigan, easy to wear, with a elegant touch. I came up with a design reminiscent of the criss-cross pattern on wafers. This pattern can be found on the upper front and upper back, in a rounded shape on the front, and in a sailor collar style on the back.
This cardigan is knitted from the bottom up, in one piece up to the armholes, then separately for the front and back. Once the shoulders are joined, you pick up stitches on the armholes to knit the sleeves. I wanted the sleeves to be fairly wide, so that the cardigan would be comfortable and you wouldn’t be restricted in your movements.
Bricelet is available in 9 sizes, from 75 cm / 29.5 inches to 155 cm / 61 inches.
You will need 1150 (1200) 1300 (1400) 1500 (1600) 1700 (1800) 1900 meters / 1260 (1310) 1420 (1530) 1640 (1750) 1860 (1970) 2080 yards of fingering yarn, and 9 buttons.
