Needle size: 3.75 mm (US 5) needle or size to meet gauge. While the shawl is worked flat, a circular needle will be helpful for the number of stitches
Gauge 24 sts × 20 rows= 10 cm in cable st 12 sts × 20 rows= 10 cm in brioche st 20 sts × 20 rows= 10 cm in garter st
