Product Details
Having sat in a cold office with my finger nails turning blue for too long, I decided it was time to make myself some wrist warmers. I already had the perfect yarn in mind – a sport weight I'd started a pair of socks in years ago and got no further than a few rows. I also knew I wanted to combine a cable design with some lace. After charting out the cable and lace pattern, I started knitting and so these Cable and Lace Wrist Warmers were born.
They're perfect for keeping your hands and wrists warm while leaving the fingers free to type. I now longer have blue finger nails and with this pattern you won't either!
This pattern includes both written instructions and charts. Please note, I've given instructions for both left and right hands. You can just knit one ‘hand’ twice and turn one of them upside down, but there will be some subtle differences. Knitting both versions mean you'll have two symmetrical wrist warmers.
