Product Details
A slouchy beanie that looks great and keeps you warm. The Camilla hat has lots of texture and pattern making it a fun project to work on and a truly standout piece to wear. There are cables, bobbles and lace knit as well as easier sections in between and a neat ribbing. The hat is knitted on circular needles using the magic loop technique but can easily be made using double pointed needles as well.
Photographed in the colour Alpaca Dew Knitted in Purl Alpaca Designs 100% pure alpaca Medium yarn Skill level: Intermediate One Size only Knitted on 4 and 5mm circular needles (alternatively double pointed needles). Tension: 17 sts and 24 rows to 10 cm square over Stocking Stitch using larger needles. Please note, if using a different yarn, correct tension must be obtained to make sure Camilla fits properly.
