Gauge provided is after blocking.
Pattern can be worked in any yarn size as long as knitter understands how to readjust gauge for the yarn chosen and adjust number of cast on stitches accordingly to obtain desired length.
At least a 24" (67cm) length circular would work best for the fingering weight yarn.
