Product Details

Take the bandanna one step further!

Have you ever gotten that cold chill when the wind or snow went down the back of your neck? Brrrr… This cowl was born of necessity. Remember how they say necessity is the mother of invention? It gets quite chilly here in Iowa when the winter winds and snow come! The points in both front and back on this cowl dip down into your coat to stop the chill. Add to that a snug, ribbed neck and you will stay toasty warm.

Cowl is knit bottom-up in the round with a graduated ribbing neck. Length of ribbing is up to you, make it short, just to your chin or long for a folded turtle-neck.

Pattern has both written directions and a chart for the ribbing.
