Meet Chonky Cat; this big huggable feline is 19” / 48cm tall, see second photo with a regular cat for scale!
Chonk is knit in the round from the bottom up and is finished with a small seam along the top of the head. For the facial features you could use buttons, safety eyes, felt or duplicate stitch, choose whichever is appropriate for the recipient.
This is a written pattern with no charts.
Materials:
490yds / 450m Chunky / Bulky weight yarn 5mm / US 8 needles; 16” / 40cm, 32” / 80cm and DPNs 6 stitch markers Stuffing Eyes, buttons, felt or contrast yarn for facial features
Finished Measurements:
19” / 48cm tall x 43” / 109cm circumference
