If crocheted in 4 ply this brings up very small baby booties suitable for premature babies.

This pattern is written in standard US and UK terms using SC, HDC, DC, DC2Tog, so an understanding of these terms is useful but if you get stuck you can always contact me for help and Youtube has a large collection of tutorials useful for teaching certain stitches.
