Product Details
My Christmas tree pillow is inspired by the pastel colored Christmas trees from the Charlie Brown Christmas cartoon. The front side is composed of eighteen Christmas trees, and the back is rows of double crochet stitches. Tapestry crochet is utilized to crochet the front of the pillow, and there is a chart to help you keep track of all of the color changes. The pillow is held together with 5 buttons. Each individual tree does not require a lot of yarn, so it is a great pattern to use up any little balls of yarn you may have in your crochet stash. I used Patons Grace yarn, but any DK weight yarn will work. You will need two balls of the color of the front of the pillow, 3 balls of the color of the back of the pillow, and multiple colors to make the trees with. Additionally, you will also need a 12 by 20 inch pillow insert, a 3.00 mm crochet hook, and 5 buttons. I hope everyone has a great holiday season!
