Here is my new design: ChromeAwesome Hat. Hat is knitted in one piece in the round using the 16”/40 cm circular needles. One size to fit an average adult head.
Finished size of band is 16”/40 cm (fits average adult head 20-22”/51-56 cm), length approx. 9.5”/24 cm.
Pattern contains written and charted instructions.
Gauge: 22 sts x 26 rounds = 4” (10 cm) on size 8 (5 mm) needles in cable pattern after blocking.
Tools: - Size US 7 (4.5 mm) and size US 8 (5 mm) circular needles 16”/40 cm long, OR SIZE TO OBTAIN GAUGE; - One set (5) of double pointed needles (dpns) size US 8 (5 mm); - 4 stitch markers, - cable needle (cn); - tapestry needle
