Product Details
A quick-to-knit cowl featuring gansey motifs with a simple garter stitch border. Cowl is knit in the round. Pattern motifs are in chart form only.
Difficulty: Advanced beginnner/ intermediate.
Finished Size Approx 26 ½ in [67.5cm] circumference and 7 ¼ in [18.5cm] high.
Yarn Approximately 180 yds [165m] bulky weight yarn. Shown in Brooklyn Tweed Quarry (100% Targhee-Columbia wool, 200 yds [183m]/ 3.5 oz [100g]): moonstone.
Gauge 14.5 sts/28 rnds = 4 in [10cm] in Gansey Chart patt on larger needles.
Needles US #7 (4.5mm) and #8 (5mm) 24” [60cm] circular or double-pointed needles.
