Product Details

Delicate, but with a touch of ruggedness created by the unique texture of the stitch, Cold Mountain socks have just the right structure to perfectly hug your feet, and just the right style to evoke the harshness of the Appalachians, yet remain impeccably suited to the tastes and needs of today’s urban men and women.

Knit from the top-down, each element of the sock is designed to flow with the others in perfect harmony, and the (optional) tubular cast-on gives the rib a stretchy feel and tidy look.

The stated measurements are best for a medium foot, but the sock circumference and length are easily adjustable within the pattern - we explain how to change the size of the heel and toe, not just the length of the foot! *You *decide how many stitches to cast on, and we explain how to take it from there.

This means that you can knit Cold Mountain socks for all your friends and family - ladies and gents, boys and girls!
