Crochet Pumpkin

I just love Halloween, don't you?

I wanted to crochet some pumpkins so I searched the internet for a pattern, but I couldn't find one I liked, so I thought - why not design one myself? So that's exactly what I did and now I'm sharing it with you :-)

This pattern is straightforward and budget friendly. To make a pumpkin that measures 20cm in diameter, all you need is a 5mm hook and 2 strands of double knitting yarn held together, plus some dk cotton yarn for the stalk. It's versatile as well, because if you use just a single strand of yarn with your 3mm hook, you can make little ones too! Or, why not add some safety eyes and some oddments of black and pink to create a super cute ami face?
