Hello, and thank you so much for considering my “Daisy Days”- (all day bag) pattern, written in UK/AUS terms. My “Daisy Days” bag pattern, was originally created to use in the supermarkets or just casual (all day usage, anywhere) doing away with plastic! Cotton was used for this bag. I’ve found cotton to be a more suitable yarn to use for bags, as they stretch less than acrylic, or cotton blends. Cotton is also a natural fibre i prefer to use in most of my crochet. I used nearly 3x 50gram balls of yarn. The measurement for the finished bag was approximately 12 in (30cm) x 10 in (26cm). All the best and enjoy! Daisy
