Product Details
Growing and blowing in the wind.....Dancing Leaves. Not your everyday pattern . Not all written, not all charts....something a little different.
The crescent shape shawl has a decorative 8 st., 2 row repeat lace pattern on the straight top edge. 2 leaf shapes, 5 leaf sizes. Lower edge gains it shapw from 1 inc/dec every 4th row. The crocheted picot edge is added after shawl is knit.
The pattern is a road map, I will show the direction and how far to go in each row, just follow the signs along the way.
All rows are knit. No fancy stitches. Just slipped sts. at beginning of row, the decorative top edge and short rows using the Double Stitch method. Link to Tutorial for this method. So easy tough, simply knit to where you want to turn and do just that, turn. Slight manipulation of the next st. and your on your way.

Loved knitting this - easy pattern to follow with detailed charts - my first short row project. Already have wool for second one. - the first one got whisked out the door by a friend who fell in love with it
