Make it with a bulkier yarn to fit the circumference of your head, or choose a lighter yarn and longer felting time to create a delightful fascinator or tilt hat. Trim with a simple ribbon for everyday wear, add a spray of feathers for a sophisticated air, or go wild with flowers, beads and veiling for a showstopping topper.
Suitable for beginner-intermediate knitters. You should be familiar with k2togdecreases, and knit-front-and-back increases. Hat is made with worsted or aran yarn held double, and is felted to desired size.
