Growing up in a fairly rural area of the Texas Panhandle, diamondback rattlers were just a way of life. Respect them and their space. Those critters meant business if ya got too close, and that distinct rattle was all the reminder we needed.
While scary to consider their bite, one cannot deny their beauty.
This scarf is my tribute to the amazingly intricate diamond lace pattern that runs their length
