Yarn Alternatives You can crochet your Drops Earrings with any yarn you like and the appropriate crochet hook. Just bear in mind that the size of your earrings will vary depending on the yarn you choose and your crochet tension. To crochet the rainbow earrings you see in the pictures, I used Sport-weight cotton yarn, such as Schachenmayr Catania and a 2.5 mm crochet hook.
